Appointments
We know you have many choices when choosing a Dentist in Orlando, FL so we have made requesting an appointment a simple process via our Web site. If, for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible.

Office hours are by appointment only. We believe in mutual respect of your time and ours. We will strive to run on schedjule and we ask the same of our patients. In the event of a change in our patients's schedule we kindly request 48 hours notice to avoid a broken appointment fee.

Consultations and second opinions
If you know your teeth need some work, but you are unsure where to begin. Call the office and schedule a consltation. We will work with you to determine what procedures would best benefit you. We will work with you in a team effort to find the best method for achieving your dental needs and goals.

Emergency care
We realize that dental emergencies do happen and we are always on call. Afer hours, our voice mail has instruction on how to contact Dr. Martinez.

Referrals
We are always happy to meet new patients. It gives us great satisfaction to know you believe enough to recommend your family and friends to us. Ask us about our referral incentive program.

Insurance and Billing
We accept most traditional insurance plans, contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. Marcia Martinez, D.M.D. does not participate in Health Management Organizations; however, we will be happy to file your insurance claims for you. We accept checks, cash or credit cards. We also offer a flexible payment plan. Please see our Financial Coordinator for details. We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own dentist.

We are In-Network Providers for:

• Delta Dental PPO
• MetLife PPO

And out-of-network providers for all other ppo's.

We are happy to file claims electronically to expedite direct reimbursment for our out-of-network patients.

Dental Insurance is subsidy in today's dental climate. The office of Dr. Marcia Martinez believes in assisting the patient in filing claims by submitting claims electronically. Patient's estimated insurance benefit is calculated prior to initiation of treatment and financial arrangements are confirmed ensuring a understanding of the fee responsiblity. Insurance coverage varies from patient to patient. The contract is between the patient and theinsurance company. Our well trained team-members can discuss how dental insurance benefits can be utilized best, however payment for treatment is the patient's responsibility.
